Urban Impressions of the Stations of the Cross

A Pilgrimage of Accompaniment

Experience the Stations of the Cross from a unique perspective.  Beginning at Holy Name Cathedral, we board a chartered bus and travel to various  judicial, medical, and community resource sites. that serve marginalized residents.  Sites include:
  • Daley Center
  • Domestic Violence Courthouse
  • Taller de Jose Office
  • St. Anthony Hospital
  • Mt. Sinai Hospital
  • Cook County Courthouse and Jail
  • U.S. Citizen & Immigration Services
At each site, we recall a Station of the Cross.  Throughout the two-hour journey, we pray, discuss, and reflect.

Taller de Jose facilitates this prayer experience.  This community resources center, located in Little Village, seeks to collaborate with other agencies to make social services more accessible.  Through accompaniment, all become one.
